Let's get your modeling session booked!

You will need to sign the model release to allow permission to Bokeh Love Photography to share images on social media for advertisement purposes, and to be printed in sample products to be shown in person. 

A special session price of $200 (Normally $450) is due at time of contract signing. By signing this contract you are agreeing to arrive on top, on the date of your session. Your $200 session fee will be used to pay for your hair & makeup. Bokeh Love Photography will also be giving you a $200 product credit to be used to purchase products at your ordering session as a thank you for agreeing to model. Your ordering session will be done directly following your boudoir session. 

Step 1: You will select your session 

Step 2: Choose your date (Please only select a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday)
(Boudoir sessions are at 10am)

Step 4: Enter your information

Step 5: Review Contract, Initial where needed & Sign at bottom

Step 6: Enter payment information
